By accessing and using Seller Control Pro ("Service"), operated by PNPS SERVICES CORP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Seller Control Pro is a web-based dashboard designed to help Amazon sellers manage their sales operations, including:

  • Real-time order management
  • Product information retrieval and updates
  • Inventory monitoring and synchronization
  • Sales and financial reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Amazon Integration

Our Service integrates with Amazon through the official SP-API. You must have a valid Amazon Professional Seller account and authorize our application to access your Amazon data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Amazon Compliance

You acknowledge that your use of Amazon data through our Service must comply with Amazon's Terms of Service and API License Agreement. Any violation may result in termination of your account.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
